Access Receivables hosts its systems on enterprise-grade hardware infrastructure providing optimal performance, scalability on demand, and full redundancy to eliminate single-points of failure. Additionally, all deployed hardware is configured with defined standards for configuration and security, and thoroughly tested before placed into service.

Monitoring, Maintenance, and Support

Access Receivables infrastructure environment is monitored and supported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to prevent outages or service disruptions. Additionally, the underlying hardware infrastructure is regularly maintained by a team of skilled IT engineers that apply patches and upgrades to ensure the environment is secure and running optimally and efficiently.

Audited under SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 2 + HITRUST, GLBA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS¹, and NIST SP 800-531 annually, is ISO 27001 certified², and ITAR and Data Privacy Framework³ registered.

Disaster Recovery

Access Receivables production and recovery datacenter facilities are located over 500 miles apart to minimize disruption from a natural disaster or major outage. Systems are replicated to the recovery facility in near real-time using industry-leading business continuity solutions to achieve optimal recovery point and time objectives. Access Receivables performs a full disaster recovery test annually and smaller tests quarterly to confirm all systems in the recovery facility are available and operational.
